Today’s kudos goes out to alumni Amy Martin!
Amy (they/she) graduated in 2022 with a double major in English Literature and Creative Writing. And recently, they were accepted into the Columbia Publishing Course at Columbia University in New York City!
An intensive, six-week long program that will be starting June 12th, Amy will be preparing for jobs in different areas of publishing (specifically book, digital, and magazine publishing). They will have the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops culminating in the final project, which is to create both a publishing company and a magazine from scratch with their peers!
They are excited to learn about the publishing world, and we are excited for them!
We congratulate Amy on this incredible accomplishment and we wish them well in all their future endeavors!
